Short-Term Business Plans
Often times there is need for a highly focused short-term plan to assist in moving your organization to its next level of opportunity, or past an obstacle. Occasionally there is the need for bringing management or owners to consensus on short-term opportunities and strategies. We work with management in outlining definitive objectives, plans, and timelines. Ronnie can also work on-site as a member of your team to assist in moving a given project along quickly. Examples of short-term projects might be assistance and guidance in doing business with Wal*Mart or a new target customer due to a recent opportunity that arose. Or, a Joint Venture opportunity that suddenly surfaced, or a new supply opportunity.
